This is a contract remote role for a Technical Support Specialist at Infotron. The role involves providing troubleshooting, service desk, and help desk support in the field of Information Technology.
Knowledge and Experience required or preferred:
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft ActiveDirectory expertise
- Familiarity with mail firewall appliance management, Barracuda preferred
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management dashboard analysis and reporting, Logrythm preferred.
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity awareness and training phishing campaign management, Teranova preferred.
- Limited experience with MFA platform management, CiscoDUO preferred.
- Atleast two years’ experience with ServiceDesk incident and request ticket management, ManageEngine preferred.
