Job Description:

Mathnasium is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our expanding event team as Event Promotions Specialists. This unique position offers unmatched flexibility, allowing you to work on your own terms. You have the freedom to choose which events you want to participate in, with the only requirement being that you commit to working at least one event every six weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Mathnasium brand at community, school, and partner events with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Engage with prospective families, students, and community members to promote Mathnasium's services and programs.
• Assist in setting up, operating, and breaking down event booths, ensuring a welcoming and engaging space.
• Provide information about Mathnasium’s offerings, answer questions, and distribute promotional materials.
• Collect leads and contact information from interested families for follow-up.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper branding and messaging at events.
• Actively contribute to the success of events by being proactive in engaging with attendees.
• Maintain accurate records of event participation and any leads generated.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be available to work at least one event every six weeks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, while also being a team player.
• Experience in promotions, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
