The Growth & Strategic Partnerships Director drives Serengeti Care’s growth by establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence. This role focuses on forging alliances with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other industry stakeholders to enable market expansion, enhance service delivery, and position Serengeti Care as a preferred provider in our communities.
This position collaborates closely with the CEO, General Manager, Regional Managers (RMs), and other leadership team members to align growth strategies, deliver operational support to new and underperforming branches, and ensure successful market entry and expansion.
This role requires a willingness to travel extensively, sometimes for weeks, to effectively support branches, partnerships, and franchising operations.

- Maintain Serengeti Care Partner's Mission, Vision, and Values by establishing and maintaining trusting partnerships with stakeholders, providing enhanced support services, and embracing the organization's guiding principles.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and Serengeti Care’s enhanced market presence.
- Negotiate partnership contracts that align with Serengeti Care's mission, values, and growth objectives.
- Drive Serengeti Care’s market expansion efforts by exploring new opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Execute strategies for entering new markets, focusing on partnership development and community presence.
- Align market expansion plans with the operational capabilities of the organization.
- Collaborate with Client Care Managers (CCMs) and Regional Managers (RMs) to ensure seamless support for new and existing branches from inception to maturity.
- Guide branches in meeting performance targets and achieving strategic goals through ongoing support.
- At the direction of the CEO, support underperforming branches by providing strategic guidance and resources in collaboration with RMs and CCMs.
- Develop performance improvement plans to drive branch performance to meet key performance indicators in collaboration with RMs and CCMs.
- Lead the development of growth strategies and implementation plans, collaborating with CEO, General Manager, and other senior leaders.
- Offer insights into business planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive growth objectives.
- Contribute to high-level decision-making on operations, financial planning, and expansion strategies.
- Partner with the Marketing Team to create materials and presentations for prospective clients, partners, and community members.
- Mobilize new contracts in collaboration with the Marketing Team, ensuring a unified approach in marketing, branding, and outreach.
- Enhance Serengeti Care’s brand presence through effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Foster collaborative communication with CCMs, RMs, and Regional Support Specialists (RSSs) to align growth initiatives.
- Serve as a resource on industry trends, best practices, and partnership opportunities, encouraging alignment across departments.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for all growth and partnership initiatives.
- Report on progress to senior leadership, identifying key successes, areas for improvement, and future growth opportunities.
- Spearhead Serengeti Care's franchising operations growth by leading franchise initiatives in collaboration with the CEO and senior leaders.
- Establish an effective feedback loop with the Executive Team to relay any suggestions for process improvement or enhanced coordination.
- Participates in Serengeti Care educational programs, including but not limited to leadership meetings, annual in-service programs, workshops, and continuing education programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
