We are actively seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Manager to join our esteemed client, a leader in the Property and Asset Management sector. This pivotal role entails managing a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple locations, with a focus on enhancing financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will collaborate closely with property investors and institutional ownership groups to drive maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site-level teams, ensuring operational, financial, and compliance objectives are met for each property.
• Analyze financial performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize profitability.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations alongside company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate property performance, partnering with Property Managers to fulfill owner goals.
• Mentor and develop Property Managers to promote their professional advancement.
• Provide comprehensive reports to institutional investors and ownership groups on portfolio performance, fostering transparency.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly reviews of the portfolio, including in-depth financial assessments and market insights.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and capital improvement initiatives for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to expedite the filling of vacancies efficiently.
