This individual will assist Human Resources in areas such as employee on-boarding, employment documentation, and recruitment support. This position will be remote, but the candidate should reside in the Western region of the US for logistical and operational purposes.

Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour

What You’ll Do As An HR Specialist

• Assist in all HR duties such as on-boarding, processing change requests, and maintaining records.
• Inputs new employee information into HRIS, payroll, and time and atendance systems.
• Assist in leave of absence tracking
• Assist with benefits questions to ensure quick resolutions
• Perform data entry into our HR Information System to accurately maintain confidential information.
• Participate in projects in multiple areas of Human Resources as needed.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience working with Google Suite is preferred.
