- Lead & Inspire: Set and steer our eCommerce strategy, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share.
- Innovate & Optimize: Enhance every click and scroll, making our online experience seamless, user-friendly, and engaging for customers.
- Guide a Talented Team: Empower and coach our eCommerce team to achieve daily excellence and long-term success.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, IT, and marketing to bring the best of SportRx to life online.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use powerful analytics to stay ahead, refining strategies for better conversion, retention, and results.
- 7+ years in eCommerce with a track record of hitting sales targets and leading teams
- Deep expertise in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platform)
- Savvy in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising
- Ability to turn data into action, boosting online performance through keen analysis
- Experience in DTC, HTML/CSS, omnichannel retail, or ERP systems
