Overview:
Singnala is hiring a friendly and motivated Call Center Representative in Reno, NV, to provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and system navigation.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
