We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as a Director of Maintenance in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Maintenance Director Position Overview:

As the Maintenance Director , you will oversee all the maintenance needs of our long-term care facility.

Maintenance Director Key Duties:

• Oversee the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of all equipment within the facility.
• Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance.
• Provide oversight of the maintenance, repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulations as they relate to the Life Safety Codes and OSHA guidelines. Experience in the Department of health survey process.
• Ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
  
  
  

Maintenance Director Qualifications:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment and Life Safety is Required.
• Must have 2-3 years’ experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director.
• HVAC Certification is preferred! Current experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety for a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
