Duane Morris LLP seeks a full-time staff attorney with 2-4 years of experience in representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions in our Portland, Maine office. The candidate will be experienced in Massachusetts and Maine mortgage foreclosure processes, will work closely with firm attorneys, and will have direct client communications. Candidates who do not have the requisite experience and are willing to learn will also be considered. The candidate will have superior writing skills along with ME bar admission; bar admission or waiver to the Massachusetts bar is also desirable.
