Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families. This role involves creating treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, or family settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Stay informed on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active state licensure as an LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused approaches.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Experience in mental health counseling, preferably in outpatient or community-based settings.
