What You'll Do

ProService is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist, who will play a pivotal part at the intersection of our Client HR Trainer and Instructional Designer roles. As an expert in training curriculum development, you'll spearhead the creation of innovative learning experiences. Your skills will be instrumental in designing visually captivating and interactive training materials. Come join our dynamic team, helping us deliver top-notch HR and professional development training to ProService's diverse client base.

  • Instructional Design: Utilize instructional design skills to develop instructional materials for ProService client training programs. Example materials include instructor-led, blended, video, and webinar curricula, reference tools, and other learning materials.
  • Training: Facilitate and lead training in a variety of formats. This may include but not be limited to classroom, webinar, podcast, and on-demand formats. Travel, up to 30%, may be required.
  • Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training events. This may include locating and securing venues, communicating to attendees prior to and after training, ordering food, securing equipment, delivering materials and setting up rooms.
  • Organization:
    • Document client interactions using our CRM system (Salesforce). Submit training completion reports or other reports as required.
    • Manage multiple projects at one time while executing on deliverables within established timeframes and parameters. Prioritize to adjust to changing deadlines or business needs.
What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Located in Oahu, HI and can regularly come into our Hawaii Kai neighborhood office.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing learning materials and programs. Examples include teaching experience and/or prior work in the field of learning and development.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Comfortable on camera for webinars, on-demand videos, social media, and other projects as needed.
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Acts as a Team Player, proactively reaching out to peers, fostering collaboration, and partnering effectively with leadership.
  • Deep care for customer service, consistently exceeding expectations for satisfaction with our clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
