Job Title: Director of Operations

Reports to: Executive Director
Location: Oahu
Collaborates with: Director of Administration, Director of
Fundraising and Strategic Communications,
Board of Directors, Executive Director, Workforce Development ProgramManager
Supervises: ProgramManagers, Department Leads, and Equipment Manager
Job Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization, ensuring that the organization is
managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Establish quantitative and qualitative guidelines and standards by which the organization's
- Collaborate with ProgramManagers to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate operational procedures.
- Implement policies and procedures that will improve daily operations.
- Ensure work environments are adequate and safe.
- Oversee Deconstruction, Redistribution, and Hawaii Island operations, ensuring each is reaching
- Work in conjunction with Workforce Development, Volunteer Coordinator & Equipment Manager
- Work with the Director of Administration to plan, evaluate, monitor, and forecast revenues and
- Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes,
- Improve customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Lead coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and
customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business
processes.
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A thorough understanding and knowledge of organization’s systems, practices, policies, and

- Ability to direct and manage all aspects of the organization’s operations.

Annual Salary of $55,000 (paychecks weekly)
- Performance bonus - 10% of monthly salary if goals are met
