About the Role:
As a Lovesac Store Manager, you will create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design our products to fit their style. If you are passionate about sustainability and exceptional customer experiences, join our Lovesac Retail Team!

What You'll Do:

• Build and develop a high-performing team that encourages thinking and dreaming big.
• Create a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop a team to achieve results.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve goals using the Lovesac selling process.
• Ensure customers are guided from interest to transaction, managing quotes and maintaining relationships post-purchase.
• Ensure team knowledge of Lovesac products and services for effective demonstrations.
• Nurture long-term relationships and build brand loyalty.
• Ensure visual appeal and brand alignment of the store.
• Manage store operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory, to company standards.
• Champion company policies to maintain operational consistency and safety.
• Ensure proficiency with company tools and in-store technology.
• Analyze data to drive team performance against goals.
• Drive store P&L with an understanding of financial concepts.
• Build accountability by meeting sales goals and customer service standards.
• Handle potential issues swiftly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support additional responsibilities as requested by Management.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support.
• Support an omni-channel customer experience.
• Travel as required for company needs.
• Excellent judgment and integrity in managing financial transactions and data.
• Ability to move objects and assemble furniture on the selling floor.
