Job Description
Summary:
Technology Support Technician I to provide enterprise-level customer service. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support for Health Care IT systems, achieving 80% or higher first contact resolution, and quality assurance scores of 90% or higher. To be qualified for this role, you should hold an associates degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix or similar certification is a plus. A+ certification required or within 6 months of hire. If you're naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we'd like to meet you.
Education And Credentials
Responsibilities:
AA - Associate of Arts Information Technology or relevant field required. BA - Bachelor of Arts Information Technology or relevant field preferred.
Experience
Other information:
1 year of experience in IT Support preferred. IT skills assessment based on CompTIA A+ required. COMP TIA A+ within 6 months of hire required. Prior experience supporting a hospital, health system or care network a plus. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
