• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Developing new methods and improving project documentation.
• Managing project budgets and estimating costs.
• Create and enhance site management procedures and training materials.
• Contribute data and feedback for the performance review process.
• Assist in selecting and onboarding new team members.
• Track project budgets and assist in profitability forecasting.
• Preparing monthly invoicing summaries for projects.
• Support internal processes and monitor business travel.
• Help with subcontractor audits and maintain a preferred supplier list.
• Supervising material delivery for projects.
• Support team planning and project allocation.
• Participate in regular meetings to ensure clear communication.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in engineering/technical field
• 5+ years’ experience on project.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
