What You’ll Do:

• Be the Go-To Expert: Collaborate with insurance brokers to create customized group health insurance proposals and other ancillary group insurance products, such as dental, vision, and life insurance.
• Build Strong Connections: Focus primarily on groups with fewer than 50 members, handling:

• Proposal creation
• Carrier requests
• Benefit guidance

• Keep Everything in Check: Develop custom spreadsheets to help brokers market to current and prospective clients.
• Guide brokers through the policy installation process by:

• Providing detailed information on small business health products
• Checking paperwork for accuracy
• Submitting clean documentation to carriers

• Gain a general understanding of the group health insurance market and other types of group insurance.
