The Educational Administrator will oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of the ACGME residency training programs and medical student clerkships, including recruitment, candidate selection, scheduling, required data and evaluation tracking, accreditation reporting, events management, trainee database management, and expense tracking. The role involves co-managing activities with the Residency Administrator and the Internal Medicine Residency Program Director, and coordinating with the Internal Medicine Residency Program Administrator and Medical Student Coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

Additionally, the Educational Administrator acts as a secondary liaison with the House Staff Office, the GME office, the medical school, and other training programs to ensure compliance with federal agencies and accrediting organizations, collaborating with the Department of Medicine administration to meet institutional and departmental goals.

This is a per diem position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • cTAGME certification preferred but not required
  • Experience with New Innovations platform strongly preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of ACGME regulations
  • At least 2 years of experience in graduate medical education required
