Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to keep our facilities, grounds and properties in top condition. If you're a versatile handyman with a proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to meet you!

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of building systems, such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Must read, write and understand English well enough to communicate with supervisors and peers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift 75lbs or more.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
