How You Will Support the Team:
The Product Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of assigned software products designed, developed, and managed at the Bank. Responsibilities encompass research and discovery, planning and road mapping, design and delivery, product adoption, and stakeholder management.

How You Will Support the Team:
The Product Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of assigned software products designed, developed, and managed at the Bank. Responsibilities encompass research and discovery, planning and road mapping, design and delivery, product adoption, and stakeholder management.
What we are looking for:
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, new technologies, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Develop product road maps aligned with the Bank’s business strategy, supported by research findings and user feedback, and demonstrating a cohesive vision.
- Develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
- As Product Owner collaborate with other development team members to write clear, concise user stories that effectively communicate requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria to build a comprehensive product backlog.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog for effective sprint planning and provide clear direction to the development team.
- Provide support for all phases of product testing.
- Define and manage the scope of product releases including drafting release notes and user documentation and preparing pre-release demos and training.
- Work with business line and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful change management and adoption.
- Manage relevant third-party vendor relationships as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with financial products, processes, and related technologies desired.
- Understanding of, and experience with UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Motivated by technical challenges, driven and hard working. Must be able to handle multiple duties simultaneously and function in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to contribute to a highly collaborative team environment. Will interact with employees and management of the Bank, along with vendors and other outside professionals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Proven writing and editing skills, particularly technical writing skills, are important.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma or other project and design tools desired.
- 2 – 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Agile/Scrum project experience as a development team member or Product Owner.
- Previous exposure to project management, application development and APIs preferred.
