As a Listing Specialist, you'll benefit from our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) who will schedule listing appointments directly into your Calendly. Typically, this results in 3-5 listing appointments per week in most markets. To ensure you have a robust portfolio of listings, we limit our hiring to two specialists per market.
You'll have access to Brivity, a cutting-edge CRM, to help you nurture and expand your business. Additionally, our seasoned Transaction Coordinator will support you with documentation and compliance tasks. Our team thrives on an opportunity-driven model, meaning as you grow, we grow with you, providing ongoing opportunities to enhance your career as a Realtor.
We uphold high standards for our team members, so apply only if you're ready to work diligently and tackle challenges head-on. Your greatest achievements lie just beyond your comfort zone.
Responsibilities
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally through problem solving. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
