Job-Specific Expectations
Verify that customers meet the age requirements for the purchasing of alcohol by checking identification.
Take orders on beverages from patrons and serving staff and collect money for all drinks served.
Clean work tools including bar equipment, utensils, and glasses.
Clean surface areas including bars, tables and work areas.
Take steps to limit and prevent liabilities and problems related to customers' excessive drinking by persuading customers to stop drinking or by arranging transportation for intoxicated customers.
