Business Analyst

Envision Radiology is adding a Business Analyst to the team!

Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week | Position Pay Range: $67,150 - $83,950

Open to AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, LA, MO, NE, NC, OK, TX, UT, VA, WA & WI Markets.

Summary/Objective

The Business Analyst performs analysis and interpretation of results to identify areas of opportunity, develop proposals/plans for improvement, and deliver findings to leadership. The Business Analyst develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations. This position also creates and implements metrics for productivity and quality, adhering to defined best practices.

Essential Functions

• Oversees follow-through on new initiatives and pilots process changes.
• Provides analysis, reporting, and recommendations of operational process performance in key performance metrics and new initiatives.
• Prepares business analytic reports which effectively communicate findings to organizational leadership and key stakeholders.
• Interprets data and delivers analysis that will guide leaders in successfully rolling out action plans for improvement.
• Prepares strategic recommendations for process adjustments and performance improvements.
• Assists in the planning, design, implementation, and measurement of quality improvement processes, new initiatives, and key strategic initiatives.
• Works closely with the analytics team to identify and build supportive reports for the innovation team and provide data and analytic support.
• Utilizes Tableau, Excel, and SQL to support the delivery of key insights, ensuring data accuracy and clarity in reporting.

Work Environment

This job will operate in a professional office environment, with occasional remote work. When operating remotely, the position must adhere to all work at home requirements.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Two to four years’ experience in Data Analysis, Process Management, and/or Business Strategy.
• Proficiency in Tableau and SQL, with a focus on creating dashboards and writing queries to analyze and report on data trends.
• Effective communication and coordination of deliverables between stakeholders.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products, preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail required.
• Leadership qualities with motivation techniques and conflict management.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectations.
  
  

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management. Alternatively, equivalent experience, education, and training in a field related to product management.
• Certification in data tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI) is preferred but not required.
